I want a classroom assistant every class. They make a great difference. Our two production Christmas play, for example, a support for all of the English teaching in 5 and 6 and a support all the math. It's like having two or more weapons and another brain, usually best children on their looks more like a big sisters or mom in the classroom, although they more, then very skilled.
